Straits Times publish two articles about Vodoke in one issue!

Two articles on Vodoke were published in today’s Straits Times, in the midst of the nationwide switch from analogue to digital signal for free-to-air channels in Singapore, which is expected to be completed by next year. This is part of an overriding agreement between ASEAN countries to switch off all analogue signals by 2020.

The first article looks at Vodoke’s Fin2, a USB Dongle able to receive DVB-T2 signal and convert it into IP, enabling users to watch free-to-air channels simply by plugging one end to a personal antenna and the another to a laptop/PC or the Vodoke Playstaq. With this flexibility, users can watch TV without actually having to use a TV, and enjoy live channels outside the home.
