Vodoke recently partnered with Austco Communication Systems Pty Ltd, a multinational provider of nurse call systems, to exclusively sell the Vodoke solution throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Austco has been able to provide real insight into current issues in the healthcare industry which is one of Vodoke’s key markets. The partnership has also resulted in the creation of the ‘Blue Pendant’ remote which integrates Austco’s nurse call system with Vodoke’s IPTV and infotainment system.

The combined system enables hospitals to utilise one wireless remote to perform Nurse Call tasks and activate alerts which automatically are updated to the Austco Nurse Call system in real time. This improves the hospital’s workflow as multiple tasks can occur simultaneously and therefore reduce costs.
